I’m a regular customer and I always buy bubble tea from here. Today, I ordered two medium bubble teas, and I was charged $20.69. I don’t have a problem with the price if the size is actually the same as the medium I’ve always ordered. But I honestly don’t understand how this can be considered a medium size. I even asked the girl at the counter more than once, “Are you sure this is a medium?” She said yes and told me that this is the medium size they always serve. I’m really confused because just a few days ago I ordered the same medium size, and it was noticeably bigger than this. I’ve attached both the old and new photos, along with the receipts, for comparison. If this really has always been your medium size, then I honestly don’t know why the one I received before was much bigger. But if the cup size has actually been reduced, then there’s probably nothing to argue about. Paying over $10 for a bubble tea this small just doesn’t seem worth it. If this is what your medium size is, then unfortunately this will probably be my last bubble tea from here. Very disappointed with today’s experience.

Visited for the first time on a rainy summer day. Ordered 3 very different drinks, and all were amazing! A brown sugar boba espresso with oat milk was to die for! First time being able to order a boba with alternative milk. Ordered my girls a mango tea and it was so good they drank it so fast I didn't get a chance to take a picture. My niece ordered a milk tea with half sugar and she said it was amazing. The ambience was great, a wonderful place to study and the lady checking us out was so sweet and helpful. Will definitely be back again!

I usually love everything I’ve gotten from Julieats- Oreo smoothie, strawberry smoothie, berry tart cake, key lime pie, taro tea, acai bowl- the list goes on However, tonight I ordered the frozen yogurt and the watermelon refresher drink. The frozen yogurt itself was tasty but the toppings I added were not- specifically the white chocolate chips. They were so hard and flavorless, might be old ? Definitely suggest they use a different kind of white chocolate chips. Also, for the large bowl size the toppings were scarce. The watermelon drink was insanely sweet, the sweetness is overwhelming I literally could not drink it, and there was way too much lemon- it overpowers the watermelon flavor.

I love this place. It’s definitely the best brown sugar boba I’ve had, and it being open late is a huge bonus. It’s a little far from me but the smoothies arrive perfect temp, and they follow no ice request notes so it doesn’t water down. The milk/tea is perfect and you can actually tell the boba is soaked in brown sugar too. The boba is soft unlike many other places that are too chewy/hard, and all the flavors really come through. They have good desserts too.. chocolate cake and mango passion eclair were tasty.
